Initiate a Return Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the Phomemo printer and any included thermal paper rolls in the original box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
